I just tried to deactivate and reactivate which didn’t help.
The “reset” option isn’t showing up, so I’m stuck.
If this plugin isn’t going to work randomly and i need to reset it at randoms times I don’t feel comfortable purchasing it, when you solution to a problem is for me to take my time to take it completely off my site and add it back. I don’t have this kind of time to run down every plugin.
I am wondering if taking the “continue” button off of the email would solve this problem. I will check with the 2FA provider to see if that is an option as to keep users from going to the wrong page.
Yes, When the subscriber went to the email to get her access code she clicked the “continue” button. I get the code to continue so I had not thought to do that but when she clicked continue she did not go back to the user facing area of the site.
The code to create the account is FREEACCESS. Does that help?
I checked to make sure she was logging into a subscriber account, which it was.
I changed the htaccess code back to what it was and my survey showed up for about 20 minutes. I did a little bit of editing but now when I click the “preview” option it goes to the home page, so the error is gone, but the survey link goes to the homepage. Any suggestions are appreciated.

In reply to: Images in Columns have different settingsI’m pretty sure I tried that. It’s not the space; it’s the default settings for the images in the spaces. They are all different even though the settings are in the code…nothing I did, just how they are set up.
Will I need to use conditional logic?
We will need to use these fields more than once on a form. Is there a way to set that up?
I was hopeful, but I logged in to day and a page that has content directly on the page is still coming up as not optimized due to having 0 text on the page. There are other “green” bullets, so I know that it’s not the connection between the plugin and the theme/builder.
Now it’s saying I have 0 text on the page. All the other bullet points are green.
