Thanks for looking at my issue. Unfortunately I don’t have the capacity to go through the process you outline, as it’s a live site and I don’t have the time to create a staging to do this kind of testing.

I have managed to get the video working using the standard features provided by the Salient theme, but this doesn’t allow the video to play on mobile devices. I’ve managed a workaround with a static image for those devices.

So it looks like I’ll have to forgo using AWB for now. If it just doesn’t work, then that’s what I will have to live with.

But I do appreciate your help.

Thanks Keith, I’ll take a look at that.

Liew, I did update the .htaccess file, so it’s not that.

I also managed to successfully clone the site to a Staging folder (using ManageWP), where it didn’t copy the /wordpress folder and everything is working correctly. Perhaps the next step might be to clone it back.
