Hi, I found the error.
In the submission form I used a field “upload file”
and not using the “Download Price and Files” field
Now is working OK

Checked and effectively the file to download are in
http://xxxx.com/sites/imagebank/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/edd/2015/01/test-file.jpgI think it has to do with the location of the files and not with the roles (administrator / vendor); I Checked again upload a file as administrator and as a vendor and in both cases load the files in the folder: uploads / sites / 2 / edd / 2015/01 /
This is the default location where files are loaded from the vendor dashboard
I need to change this upload folder?, do you know how this location is changed?
