I deactivated all the plugins except WooCommerce and still have the same issue. Finally I found that when I deactivated one of the Chrome extension, it worked again. Thanks for the instruction.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] can’t apply coupon codeI tried all and not working, but when I cleared all caches and test in a private browser window, I can select it. I just couldn’t select the item using Edge or Chrome.

But if I use the orginal Own Shop theme, it disappears. I just changed the theme to StoreFront, hope it can help you to investigate.
