Thanks for that clue! I updated the plugin and it still did not work. So I looked at my Firefox extensions and disabled DuckDuckGo and that fixed it. Thank you!
There are no messages. Just a blank white screen no matter which menu item I click on under HubSpot. Only on Firefox. Chrome is fine. I’m not able to upload a screenshot here for some reason.
I am having the same problem. Firefox 96.0.2 and Hubspot plugin v8.4.465. Not only are the admin pages for the plugin blank, but the chat feature doesn’t show on the website. I can see it on Safari and Chrome.

When I change them around in the interface and click Save, they go back to the default. I also can’t upload custom icons. I’ve been using this plugin for a few years and I love it. It literally stopped working yesterday. I’ve using 7.3.7 and I’m still having the same problem. I hope you can fix it soon or I will have to go back to all my clients’ sites and swap it for a different plugin. 🙁

I have determined that this is being caused by the new version of Avada theme’s Fusion Builder plugin. I just updated to Avada 5.0.1. I’ve been using this plugin with the Avada theme for a couple of years with no problems. I could even use the fusion builder shortcodes in the widget, which was pretty cool. But now it’s not working. I can’t update any of my client websites to Avada 5.0 until this is fixed, as I use this plugin on ALL my sites. Hoping Marco can figure out a fix quick! Thanks Marco, I love this plugin!
