Paul, thanks for the quick response. Essentially, what I want is to have a site that looks almost identical to the Twitter bootstrap site itself (http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/), with the addition of a blog page and the ability to use WP’s awesome plugin library.
Hope that’s enough info for you to suggest either a bootstrap theme or another theme with your plugin.
