To clarify, TrustPulse uses auto-renewal and automatic plan upgrades when the session limits of a plan are exceeded. Their sole purpose is to ensure your campaigns run uninterrupted, not to mislead. That said, we understand that this can feel unexpected if it’s not clearly communicated. Please know that we never intend to charge you without your consent, and I’m sorry if our billing policy caused any confusion.

I also apologize that our customer service did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide prompt, helpful support, and it’s clear we fell short in your case. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to improve our service moving forward.
