In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t remove black paypal banner on shop pagesI haven’t published the shop yet because I couldn’t remove the banner so wanted to fix that first.
The black banner is showing on the shop main page image.
I just left the paypal setting for now because I haven’t published my shop but this is where I was managing that.
I tried to uncheck “Shop” in this image but when I saved it the box next to Shop was just rechecked again.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t remove black paypal banner on shop pagesThe link I inlcuded was before a code snippet was added. I’ve had to disable the option for paypal until it can be resolved. My issue is that when I unselect “Shop” under Pay Later to remove the banner from my shop pages nothing happens. The banner remains and that change to unselect “Shop” is not saved.

I have been trying to get help with this for a while now and nothing is working. http://wordpress.org/support/topic/i-cant-access-my-dashboard-on-one-of-my-wordpress-sites?replies=32
I can’t maintain or keep my site going because of this issue. It seems this has been an issue for some time because I saw a post about it from 4 years ago.
Any suggestions?

In reply to: I can't access my dashboard on one of my wordpress sitesI have deleted the premium theme from my site and I’m using the default theme Twenty Thirteen. The website has gotten worst when I deleted the theme so it doesn’t seem TheStyle is the primary issue. Now not only can’t I access my dashboard I also can’t even update WordPress because it says I don’t have permission before I could still do updates. This is now a real problem and I can really use some help. I’m not a developer so when you say “You have your website set for IE7 – this is wrong.
<meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=7″ />” I don’t know where to go to fix this. I didn’t set my website to this.
Can anyone offer any assistance?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: I can't access my dashboard on one of my wordpress sitesKRAZYKandace thanks so much for your post. I changed the wp_capabilities in the database to what you listed above because it was set to a:2:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;s:13:”bbp_keymaster”;b:1;} I tried logging in and got the same message that I didn’t have permission to access dashboard. I went back to my database and noticed that after I logged in the wp_capabilities changed back to a:2:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;s:13:”bbp_keymaster”;b:1;}. I thought maybe the buddypress forum plugin was interfering so I deactivated it. (I don’t have a buddypress site just using the bbPress plugin to add a forum to my site.)
I tried logging in again and this time with the plugin deactivated the wp_capabilities stayed at a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;} but I still get that same message saying I don’t have sufficient permission to access the dashboard. Any suggestions? This is so frustrating since it makes it hard to manage my site without access to the dashboard.

In reply to: I can't access my dashboard on one of my wordpress sitesI did all of the above.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.Afterwards I am still getting the same message that I do not have sufficient permissions to access the dashboard.
