@sterndata Thanks so much for the suggestion! I tried that on both the primary and subdomain but it hasn’t seemed to make a difference unfortunately.

@magichero thank you so much!! That solved the issue! The timezone was originally in UTC format but I changed to the nearest location of the event and that was all that was needed. I appreciate it!
