Nevertheless, it does not take into account the layout, on purpose, because, we delegate this to the web designers of each website :p
Our site is under construction, so there isn’t any documentation yet, but the plugin is used in production at several sites.

You can try HTML conversion selecting this option, but is causes other problems of layout in certain cases.We have developed a real professional converter which works from Indesign to WordPress, but based on Indesign HTML exports. In your case the packages are already installed if i understand well, can you please:
1) send us the command lines you are able to run on the server which confirms the packages are installed
2) a screenshot of the plugin settings page which indicates there are no packages installed.Thanks!
