If you lost all your theme content, then i am afraid you can’t restore them from your current theme. In that case, you have to restore your full website backup(if any) from your cPanel.
Usually the hosting providers keep weekly backups. Hopefully you will get them in your cPanel dashboard or contact your hosting provider.
