Nevermind, I think I got it to work. Tried all the different possible hooks (that made sense) and this was the winner:

add_action( 'um_registration_after_auto_login', 'my_registration_after_auto_login', 10, 1 );
	function my_registration_after_auto_login( $user_id ) {
		wp_redirect( get_permalink() );
		exit();
}
