I was looking for the same solution and for now I settled on the “Standard Widget Extensions”. This will automatically make all your h3 expandable. Making the comparison link shareable would be great, but I am not sure if that’s possible.
Maybe the plugin author or another knowledgeable WP person can confirm if there is a way to make share the comparison table link.
