I’ve just posted on the QUIC.Cloud Slack forum about this. I’ve had Quic.Cloud CDN on bypass the last month or so with no problems. Reactivated QC CDN yesterday and today our latest post shows a blank page on Safari and Chrome again!!

So I have to manually clear the site cache. I’m beginning to wonder whether another CDN would be better than QC.

The response headers of posts that are blank are a bit diffeent to posts that are correct in Safari.

I dont really know much about headers but these 2 lines look odd.

..compared to a correct post:-

Additionally, this line is present in correct posts but not on the blank posts.

Currently, all lscache settings are at default and Safari is loading all pages correctly.

Curiously, I’ve turned CDN/Quic.cloud off but, according to headers, it still seems to be serving from CDN?

Next, I will re-enable mobile cache and see what happens.

The problem came up again but I think it has something to do with seperate cache for mobile. I’ve turned of quic.cloud as well. Hopefully get back asap on this.

Can you try the screenshots links again? They work for me.

I abandoned integrating our site with Instant Articles a few years ago. None of the plugins tried then worked out of the box and looks like nothing has changed.Facebook have really dropped support for WordPress sites trying to utilise Instant articles.

I recently tried going down the rss route but all that was posted were Feature images and a title, nothing else.

So for now, I’m avoiding Instant Articles.

Thanks Andy.

Turns out -> Theme styling -> changing Accent Color was overriding the custom colors.

All good now.

I might jump in here as have the same issue BUT refreshing of CSS doesn’t help.

As you can see from theEvent page the legend at top displays the correct colors but all events no matter what category are displayed as a pale grey or pink color.

Interesting that past events have the correct color?

I have flushed all caches as well.
Update – List view on the events page shows the correct category colors.

This problem has persisted for many months – probably going back over a year. Empty tags or the dreaded html space   still throws errors. I’m not a great coder by any stretch but I’d have thought a simple filter adjustment would eradicate basic html problems?

That’s the licence limitation – based on a ‘per user’ basis. We had to purchase a premium subscription so that all editors could use the plugin.

I can confirm timeouts over the past week or so – not always but a lot. Wondering if it’s at Apple’s end?

I also have formatting errors that weren’t there before – extra spaces between paragraphs. I’ve seen this on other website’s feeds.

I’ve done some editing of the body component JSON – in the default styles section but I’m not sure it’s in the right pace?. It is my understanding that the list style needs to be placed within the text style definition.

This is what I have:

Glad you got it working and thanks for the link.

I’m having trouble with the plugin posting ALL my website’s pages as well as posts so I’ve uninstalled it until there’s an update or a better plugin.
