Yes no settings page at all.
And, apparently, the code author is nowhere to be found, with support.
This is why we rate a plugin one star- to warn others.

In reply to: [Infusionsoft Gravity Forms Add-on] How to Trigger Campaign?Wow– I was just coming here to ask the very same question. Two weeks and no reply? I guess it’s time to disable the plugin and go back to ConfusionSoft code. What a bummer.
Did you ever figure out a solution hcwadmin?
Just so you know- I didn’t get notification on my plugins page to an update- or I would have done that first…
Yep! That fixed it!
Thank you so very much!
Going to rate it right now!
These forums work best if there is an answer posted. I see that sonora33 helped somehow, but I don’t see where this was answered. I could really use some info right now!

In reply to: Posts in ASC order, by DateAlso– on the bottom of the page it says “Older Posts>>”
but obviously, we would be going to newer posts. Anybody have any idea where I would change that? I’ve looked in the main index php, footer, header and functions.php
I am so frustrated!

In reply to: I'm the Admin, but I can't AdminFound my own answer, so I thought I would share.
When using the WordPress installation through Dreamhost, do not do the “simple one-click install”.
Do the “custom one-click intall.”
There is absolutely no difference in setting it up, but the “simple” install doesn’t allow you to add or delete themes or plug-ins.
So why have a crappy WP install Dreamhost? Why? Just to irritate me for the day?
