Thanks for looking into this, it was indeed linked to the cache, the one installed automatically on our website by WordPress. We are using WordPress.com, and we have a “business” plan, that’s for our whole website [ redundant link deleted ]. Masteriyo is only a small part of the website.
Our web person has disabled the cache globally, for the whole website, but he says that ultimately it’s not such a good solution, because people who visit the rest of the website will have to reload it everytime they visit.
Does Masteriyo provide a specific solution for that issue, so that we don’t have to disable the whole cache but only for our Masteriyo courses?

Thanks Amrit, I’m not sure why this happened, because I’ve just gone through it again and created a new account, and did not face the problem you mentioned.
I think the pathway you should be following to test what’s wrong is the following: first go to Courses – Nexus , then click on Register Now for the course on the left, then create an account, it will then take you to your account page, and this is what it looks like:
as you can see, it says both that I have enrolled in 1 course, which indeed is marked as in progress, but underneath it says “you don’t have any course in progress”. Now right at the bottom (can’t see it on the picture), there’s an Enroll now CTA, if I click on that, it brings me back to the course page, but this time for the course I had registered for, and which I did start, the CTA now says “Continue”; and indeed, if I click on it, I can resume the course where I had left it.
In the meantime, I have deactivated the Woocommerce plug-in, and the problem is still occuring.
Could you please try again, following the pathway I highlighted above, and tell me what’s wrong?

thanks Amrit, however the order was marked completed, so what can the problem be do you think?
Since then, I have tried the following:
- I changed the course to Free, without registration: from the user’s account, where it said there is no course, I clicked on the CTA below saying enrol now, which took me to the courses page, and there I was able to click on the Start now CTA, and it worked
- I then changed the course to Free, but with registration required; I logged out of the first user I had created, went to the Courses page, clicked on the course I wanted where it said Enroll now; following the prompt, I created a new user, with different name, username, email, password etc. After email validation, it took me to my new user account page; there, same thing, no course mentionned, but when I clicked on Enrol now, it took me to the courses page and I could now click on Start now and the course started; I then completed the first lesson, stopped, went back to my user account, it says on the dashboard, under the relevant icons, that I enrolled in 1 course and that I have 1 course in progress, but then in the details below it says that I have no course in progress! Somewhere it is written Continue Studying, but not with a hyperlink, so I can’t click on it …
Can you help me resolve this please ?
