You’re absolutely right — the warning you’re seeing:PHP Warning: Attempt to assign property "labels" on false in /wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 708is caused by our plugin not verifying the validity of the taxonomy before calling
get_taxonomy_labels(). We appreciate you highlighting thatget_taxonomy()may returnfalse, especially in the context of third-party plugins (like Customer Reviews for WooCommerce) that trigger taxonomy hooks for dynamic or non-registered taxonomies.
We’ve reviewed your suggested fix, and it aligns well with best practices. A task was created to our development team to fix this in the next release.

As mentioned in the ticket, we have a fix in review. Another customer tested the workaround shared with you and it worked properly.
To summarize:
- The bug is a conflict between RankMath SEO and Cloudinary
- The fix in review is: https://github.com/cloudinary/cloudinary_wordpress/pull/1085/commits/8b6c2e9600c74fa8dd140cc153682ec03086d62a
- You can manually edit this variable to fix it until we release a new version.

One of our developers tried to reproduce the issue and wasn’t able to do so. Can you try to edit the Arabic post and save it? There might be some
post_contentcached and you will need to resave the Arabic page to see the Cloudinary assets being delivered.If this is still not working, could you please share the information asked my first message?

Could you please open a ticket to [email protected] and provide please share a system report from the plugin as explained in this help centre article?
The system report will contain details of how the plugin is configured and details of your WordPress environment. If you can also add some specific assets to the system report (see the 2nd video in the article for an example) that would also be helpful.
With this info, we will take a deeper look into it on our end, trying to reproduce the issue to better understand the root cause of it.
Would you also be willing to provide us with temporary access to a sandbox environment of your site, where we can take a look and debug directly if we can’t identify an issue from the contents of the report?

To protect the security and integrity of our customer accounts, we restrict the ability of new accounts to deliver PDFs and Archive files like .zip or .rar.
It’s always possible to upload and manage those files, and you can download them using our Media Library, but a restriction applies to deliver them publicly and you’ll see an HTTP 401 error in that case.
For PDFs that are uploaded as
resource_type: 'image', it’s possible to use those PDFs with our transformations features, so you can convert the PDFs to another image format and deliver them that way, such as by using thepagetransformation (pg_in URLs) and setting the extension to an image format likejpg: https://res.cloudinary.com/demo/image/upload/pg_1/multi_page_pdf.jpgYou can remove this restriction yourself if you’re sure that any PDF or archive files uploaded by your users will be compliant with our policies, by enabling the option in the “PDF and ZIP files delivery” section of your account’s security settings.

- A database export of the

Could you also share if this is happening for any assets or specific ones? For example, if you upload a new asset and delete it directly, can you reproduce?
