But the problem does not occur only with the Up2pay e-Transaction plugin, but also with a payment by check… If I don’t make a mistake, the payment by check is a payment method intrinsic to Woocommerce.Many factors are quite strange with this problem 🙁

I looked at the parameters of Up2pay e-Transactions, but there’s nothing bad… nothing about user’s roles, the country is France, credentials and API key are ok (and work for the admin role), we are in the production mode (no sandbox activated), no ckeckbox to control visibility…
And the check payment method is also configured and does not appear in the checkout page.
I tried to deactivate/reactivate check payment method, without any success. 🙁

But the payment online is still not here 🙁

Indeed you can’t add a product to your basket if you are not registered.Could you create a test account? Or could I send you the access to a test account?
