Thanks for the reply. I changed the CSS styles and it turned out it was my bad. It is all good now.

@jmatiasmastro yes, the issue persists without the submit button too. Perhaps this is because of the Woocommerce shortcodes not being able to work with the filters correctly… Thanks for trying to help.
