did the fatal error happen with the update? I had the same issue today (a fatal error/uncaught error, anyways). In my case I was able to access the dashboard, and I could see that the 6.1 installation I had attempted had actually failed. I disabled all plugins, which made the page functional again on the front-end, then I updated WP again. It looked okay at first, but I still got an error message that an attempted WordPress update had failed, even though on the same page, it said “You have the latest version of WordPress” (I deleted cache, logged out, logged in again, but still same error message). I then reinstalled version 6.1 (with the button underneath “You have the latest version …”. That solved my issue. Maybe it does for you, too; good luck!Forum: Plugins

I do have that exact line in my .htaccess file. And I flushed my permalinks, twice, but a few seconds after doing that, the message reappeared. Do you have any more ideas?

Yes, I’m very glad it’s gone now, I found the plugin I mentioned above among my installed plugins, which is described as “a customizable stack of buttons” so I tried to deactivate the most likely setting and now that’s fine. I’ll have to find the setting that deactivates it for the cart page as well and then I hope everything will be good again. Thank you very much for your help!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] unconfigured payment methods display on product pageOkay, I have changed a setting in a plugin I was using, WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway (which I was surprised to find by the way but must have installed at some point), and now the checkout gateways don’t display on the product site anymore. I don’t fully understand this but I’m happy for now.

Are the modifications in the database just an addition to what I need for the single install, or will it cause the whole thing to not work once I backup to the older version?
I had “No, display only first day of event”. I changed it now (even though it actually is just a single half-a-day-event and I’d really only want the first day to display if there were several days)and cleared all caches but I still can’t see the event in my calendar.

I updated to 4.7, but the problem remains the same.
Is there a way to re-install/overwrite just a few specific files of the install? Am I missing files, or is it a different problem?
