The quote plugin I am using is Stray Random Quotes (http://unalignedcode.wordpress.com/my-wordpress-plugins/stray-random-quotes/). I have tried other quote/testimonial plugins (don’t remember which right now) and they all give the same error as above.
As mentioned earlier the quote shows as expected after the warning.
My problem seems to be related to one posted earlier in this forum: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-advanced-custom-field-widget-shortcode-in-custom-field-possible?replies=5. I have tried your suggestion of replacing a line in the code but had no luck with that.
