In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack Stats not workingWith me since the penultimate Jetpack update I did between September 20 and 21. The count of access stats dropped by 80%.
What is strange, that even Google is showing higher statistics than Jetpack itself. In the five years I have been using the plugin this has never happened before.
We bought the theme and never used it. Only this year that we went to use and I see the problem. Therefore, you cannot say that it is to extend support. The problem is your theme! I always update, since our theme has not been purchased for 12 months!

In reply to: [AMP] Critical error after the last updateSorry for the delay! As I was celebrating my son’s birthday, I had to spend a few hours away from the PC.
It worked! The only thing I noticed is that the AMP icon on the left side menu is gone! But if I disable the standard tagdiv amp plugin. It goes back to normal.
But if both plugins have been activated and I try to access the “AMP” plugin path, this information appears:
No permission to access this page.

In reply to: [AMP] Critical error after the last updateHow I suspected! The standard tagdiv newspapper amp theme plugin is causing this problem.
Would there be any interim solution that I can implement? Or do I have to wait for the theme itself to update this function?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [AMP] Critical error after the last updateI use Newspapper which has a direct integration with AMP. Only if this plugin update is no longer supported. I’m going to disable the theme’s newsapper plugin.

In reply to: [AMP] Critical error after the last updateI just filled out the google form.
This occurs on the entire site. From backend and frontend, without or with amp. Only when I remove the current version that returns to work normally.
I also tested the github version two days ago and presented the same error. I cleared the site’s cache and nothing happens!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [AMP] Critical error after the last updateThese logs only appear when I try to install the latest version.
I had to remove the plugin, to get the site back up and running, or if I try to do a rollback, it works normally. Also test a clean installation and the problem persists.Thank you for the quick response! The errors that appear are the ones below:

In reply to: [AMP] Images are giving error in the amp version and do not appear when usedFor some reason, when placing security for tls1.3, the images in cdn were not released. When I switched to standard tls, everything returned to normal.
I put the website to do the automatic compression, when I am logged in it breaks the css of the main theme of the background, but if I log out, it is normal.
About nginx would I have to disable wordpress redis plugins? Because, when trying to login through your plugin, there is an authentication error, however, if I leave without a password, saved information appears. I also searched the forum. And I saw that it may be a problem with advanced-cache.php created by your plugin, since redis works with the same name.
In this case the path is symbolic or should I put the correct path that my wordpress is installed in?

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Problems with loading the images in amp.The plugin for the theme itself, jetpack, Lazy Loader, seems that when activated, they all disappear. The problem is that my site loses performance when I disable it. Is there any way to jump with your plugin?
