I inspected your site several times and it seemed to me that the Bought Together list was hidden from the frontend. I could see the backend settings for Bought Together.

You can try these steps:

• Insert the shortcode [woobt] into your page to show the list of Bought Together items
• Change to a different place for the Position option in the plugin settings. Possibly, the theme or template doesn’t allow some elements to be inserted under the add to cart button.

You can set up a staging site for your site so you can make a kind of tests on that to find the source of this issue.

Unfortunately, the plus/minus buttons won’t affect the quantity input. I am suspecting that this is an incompatibility issue with another plugin or theme. Only you can test it from your end.

Please make sure to create a full backup of your site before making any changes. Clear the caches from your site and browser after updating or changing settings.

You can kindly check the permissions for users on your site and also caching plugins to be sure all required permissions were granted.

You can also deactivate our plugin and remove it completely from your site, delete the caches from the site and browser and re-install it again from the Plugins section.

Other than these, there’s nothing else we can suggest since the issue occured at the backend. We can only provide support on this public forum.

Your site is requiring password for visitors. I could not preview the content.

By the way, the decimal values of our plugin must follow the site settings. It’s impossible to keep 3-digit decimal prices if your site doesn’t allow. It will always round them down or up based on the rules.

I checked your product. It seemed that our plugin is conflicting with the theme or variation selector on your site. So when choosing a variation for the main variable product, the Bought Together item is added automatically. That’s why the item count appearing on the Add to cart button.

You can go to WPClever >> Bought Together >> choose Separate buttons for the Add to cart button option. There will be 2 add to cart button appearing on the single product page. One is for the main product, one for the Bought Together list. This way will prevent the Bought Together item from being added along the main one when customers choose a variation.
