In reply to: Cannot delete a wrong element from pageHi again @serjves , oh I see. From what I have seen, the theme you’re using is pretty old. It was last updated in 2012. So it’s quite hard to pinpoint what issue could’ve caused this. Normally an update to the latest version(which isn’t available) would fix such issues.
For now I’ll just advise you just keep the articles and do not start from scratch because of the hassle until we get a permanent solution.
Cheers,
Jim

In reply to: Cannot delete a wrong element from pageHi @serjves , I understand how frustrating this must be. Could you please clarify what element you are trying to remove?
Are you referring to the list item that looks like this: (•) or the title of the page?
If it is the list item, try this:
- Click at the end of the bullet (•) and press Enter
- → WordPress should create a new list item below it. Type anything in the new bullet (even a single letter)
- Now move back to the first empty bullet
- Press Backspace
That should delete the previous item, so now you can start afresh.
Cheers,
Jim

In reply to: page no longer existsHi @jhart46201 , I understand how frustrating it must be to make edits and end up losing access to your site abruptly.
Your site is indeed redirecting to the admin login page.
Can you also clarify if there have been any recent changes apart from the page edits, such as a plugin update or domain change?
Cheers,
Jim

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shop Categories filterHi there @athannor ,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be when core filtering suddenly stops working.
To narrow it down, perform the following quick checks:
- Temporarily switch to the default WooCommerce theme: Storefront. Does the issue persist?
- Disable all plugins except WooCommerce then test, does the issue still persist?
Here is a quick guide on how to conduct a conflict test (after taking a backup) to identify the cause: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers,
JimHi @shresthauzwal, thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I’ve tried all those methods and additional steps but couldn’t identify the cause of the errors. I have decided to seek an alternative instead.
Thanks,
Jim
Hi @shresthauzwal , I did the first step you recommended and still get the same error of “username/email” already exists.
The JSON error has been resolved, although I’m not sure what caused the change. However, now when users attempt to sign up, they receive an alert stating that their email or username already exists. This message prompts them to retry the sign-up process, even though their registration has already been recorded and a new user has been added to the admin dashboard.
Here is the registration URL: https://www.timegreenitaly.com/register/
Hi again @shresthauzwal , here is the list of active plugins on the website:
- Akismet Anti-spam
- Brevo
- Coming Soon Page Maintenance Mode & Landing Pages by SeedProd
- GTranslate
- Popup Maker
- Smart Coupons for WooCommerce
- User Registration
- WooCommerce
- WooCommerce PayPal Payments
- WooCommerce Stripe Gateway
- WP Activity Log WP
- Content Copy Protection & No Right Click
- WP Mail SMTP
- WPCode Lite
- WPForms Lite
Thanks,
Jim
Hi @shresthauzwal just confirmed, the issue is still there despite deactivating all plugins and themes.
Thanks,
Jim

In reply to: Permalinks IssueHi there @loyukfai ,
Thank you for your request. May I ask:
What was your original permalink structure before the errors began? (Settings → Permalinks – was it Post name, Day and name, Month and name, or Custom?)
Cheers,
Jim

In reply to: Accordion block not loadingHi there @kaz0o ,
That’s frustrating, especially after trying the usual solutions. A few questions can help narrow this down:
– Which accordion block are you using? Is it the core WordPress accordion (Details block), or one from a page builder/plugin e.g Kadence block?
– Does this issue occur only on this page, or have you tested creating a new accordion block on a different page?
Looking forward to helping you narrow this down quickly.Cheers,
Jim

In reply to: Help please reading a debug.logHi there,
Thank you for sharing the debug log; it’s very helpful.
From what I’ve noticed, most of the entries are deprecated notices or translation-related timing notices, which typically won’t cause the site to break. However, the crucial part is the fatal error concerning WooCommerce’s Action Scheduler.
This component is part of the WooCommerce plugin and the best next step would be to open a thread in the WooCommerce plugin support forum. This way, the WooCommerce support team will be in a better position to help you.
Please create a new thread here and include the log snippet you shared:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0They may also request your WooCommerce System Status Report, which you can generate by going to:
WooCommerce → Status → Get system report.Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Jim
