I finally managed to fix the problem.
The solution was: deactivate and deinstall Jetpack and reinstall and reconnect it back.Thanks for the help.
It says: An Unknown error has occured.

Google Gmail says that your email address can not be found or you can’t receive emails.
And on your support forum i get a 404 page, when trying to make a post. (on my mobile)
On my PC there is not even a button to make a topic.
