With #1, I found a solution via wccpf_before_field_start.
#3 is the most important, but I may be able to accomplish what I need using the same mentioned hook.

With #2, I realize that I could use JavaScript to get the desired effect, but was wondering if you have anything in the works for built-in conditional logic?
