In reply to: Error establishing a database connectionI deleted the original blog files in an attempt to reinstall and fix the blog…I guess it messed up badly 🙂

I’ve sent a message to my host about the status of the database server. I’ve tried going through the process of installation and its still returning that error.
In the meantime, is there any more suggestions?

In reply to xonie’s question, I have my target directory for the uploading to chmod 777. [All ticks for all groups and permissions crossed.]
