Thanks for your support.
Here’s the requested information to help troubleshoot the issue:
- Email Logs:
- Several emails were sent today (April 30, 2025), as shown in the logs (see attached screenshot).
- The issue is that none of the recipients have birthdays today, yet the system still triggered birthday emails.
- Additionally, each email was sent twice to the same user, causing duplicate sends.
- Site Date/Time Settings:
- Timezone is correctly set to UTC+3.
- Date format: April 30, 2025.
- Time format: 6:57 pm (12-hour format). (Screenshot also attached.)
- SMTP:
- Yes, we are using hostinger itself.
- Email Client:
- These are triggered automatically from the site using SMTP, not a manual email client.
Would appreciate your help in checking why:
- Emails were triggered even when it’s not the users’ birthday.
- Each user received two identical birthday emails.

- Regarding the date field issue in the checkout, I noticed that the problem only occurs on mobile devices, while it appears correctly on desktop.
- As for the signup error message, when a user tries to register with an already registered email, the current error message on mobile suggests that an email is required instead of indicating that the email is already registered. I would like to update the error message to make it clearer.
Could you please guide me on how to modify this error message?
