In reply to: [Custom Fonts - Host Your Fonts Locally] Fonts only display in FirefoxYup, that works. It seems that when fonts are uploaded their default url uses http:// instead of https://, so the solution was simply to search and replace the all occurrences of the former with the latter. Thanks

In reply to: [Custom Fonts - Host Your Fonts Locally] Fonts only display in FirefoxOK, I’ve learned that this is a common problem known as Mixed Content. But I haven’t found a solution. I tried a plugin called “SSL Insecure Content Fixer” but that didn’t help.
I’m still looking for other things to try…I was wrong. It was something else. I wish I could delete this post but I don’t know how…
Fantastic! Thanks a lot.
@buzztone — you caught me! I actually am using the integrated reCaptcha but I completely misunderstood the instructions. I thought the plug in had to be installed in order for the integration to work. So sorry for taking your time on my dumb mistake. Once I deleted the plugin my forms started working again. Thank you.

After implementing reCaptcha I get the same generic orange “Failed to send your message” error and nothing is recored by Postman. I don’t know how to troubleshoot since it seems like Postman is not even being invoked by the form with the reCaptcha enabled.
@buzztone, Yes, the integrated reCaptcha. I also tried recreating the keys to no avail.
I’ve spent hours troubleshooting four different contact forms. They all work fine until I add the reCaptcha. I can create a new default form and it works fine. But then I add a reCaptcha and it stops working.
Yeah, me too. recaptcha was working fine until I updated to WP 4.4.1
Anyone know any fixes?

In reply to: [Serene] iPhone menu not displaying properlyI guess I should add that if I remove the Site Title text completely the menu appears beautifully in all modes (logo or not).

In reply to: [Serene] Menu not showing properly in iphoneI’m struggling with this same issue and neither solution above works for me. But the problem doesn’t seem to be caused by the featured image. In my case, it’s happening because my site title is too long. When my Title is “Life Transitions Workshops” the mobile menu displays incorrectly using either solution above. If I simply change the Title to something shorter, like “LTN” the menu floats elegantly in the top right corner in portrait and landscape modes. But the shorter title isn’t a good solution either.
Can the code be tweaked in some way to tell the menu to ignore the title text?
(I didn’t start a new thread because this seems to be the same issue as originally posted. His site title is also pretty long and I suspect if it were shortened the menu would appear correctly. If I’m wrong about that I’ll start a new thread.)

In reply to: [Serene] LogoI can figure out how to add a logo by tweaking the source code but I’m wondering if I’m missing something and there’s a way to do it in the Dashboard…
Anybody?
ok thanks – I can tweak the code if needed
Found it!
