You can add a phone number field to the student registration form by going to
Educare > Management > Extra Field(here selecting the option for students and saving).This will make the phone number field available in the registration form.
However, if your goal is to send an OTP when results are published and require OTP verification before students can view their results, this functionality is not available by default. It would require custom logic and coding to implement.
