Hey there!
Since this is an old review, can you please either create a new topic on the support forum or reach out to us as directly as mentioned in the response above? You do need to set up a WordPress.com account to contact us, but setting up a site is not required as part of the process. We have more details on the sign up process here: https://woocommerce.com/document/log-into-woocommerce-com-with-wordpress-com/
Hey there!
We don’t have a direct support email address, the only way to get in touch with be via that contact form – the account it is referring to needing to be verified is your WordPress.com account. Can you double check the verification on that, and let us know if you’re still having issues getting logged in?

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Error when activating the pluginHey there!
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Additionally, can you provide details on where you got the file for installation from?

Can you also please confirm that your site is connected to Facebook, and your products are set to “Sync and Show” as detailed in the documentation here? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#section-6
Thanks!
Hey there,
Thank you for the status report! I think that at this point it would be good to check if this is caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce checkout – Select Country/region errorHey there!
Thank you for the status report – I can see that for your site, you’re using WPML. Since this issue only happens on certain languages of the site, it would be a good idea to reach out to the folks at WPML to assist with this. You can reach them here: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shortcodes to separate woocommerce login, register not work.Hey there,
It sounds like you’d like to split up the shortcode from what you’re saying – if so, this is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce created duplicated Checkout pagesHey there,
I did not re-run the WooCommerce setup wizard since I already have my website created with WooCommerce since several years.
So it’s strange that WooCommerce created a new “block version” of those pages. Is it normal or not? That’s very strange! I have not heard of this happening before as WooCommerce would only create those during the setup wizard or if the page creation was manually run under WooCommerce > Status > Tools. By default, WooCommerce would only create those pages if it was manually requested.
I don’t know if I should keep the old pages (made with the “Classic editor” several years ago when I created my website) or if I should now use the new pages made by WooCommerce with the “block editor”). Is there a difference between both?
Whichever you prefer to use is fine – there’s no requirement to use one or the other.
And other question: imagine that I want to keep the new pages (for example “cart-2”), can I delete the original “cart” page and rename the “cart-2” page in “cart”? How can I do that (modifying the URL)?
You should be able to do this. If you’re referring to the page URL, you should be able to change that in the page settings.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Make a product variation optionalHey there! Thank you for that link example – by default WooCommerce core only has an option for one variation selection, so I suspect those second options you’ve mentioned are coming from another plugin or your theme. Do you know where they might be coming from?
