Everything else runs great on the server aside from Ocean Extra.
Have you tried on just 512M / 3 Processes memory?
Tested using:
- Woocommerce Version 3.7.0 / Ocean Extra Version 1.3
- Woocommerce Version 3.7.0 / Ocean Extra Version 1.5.16

Okay, using the troubleshooter I’ve narrowed it down to a potential plugin conflict. The issue only occurs when Woocommerce is enabled. Not sure yet if it is a plugin conflict or related to memory usage whilst Woocommerce is running though.

I’ve also now tried 300M memory at 5 processes, as advised by my hosting provider, to no avail. Previously it was 512M at 3 processes.
Memory limit increased to 512M and the problem has unfortunately persisted.
Could you please advise me on how to completely remove the plugin and its data?Okay, I can reproduce the error “The plugin generated 142 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.”
Once the scripts & styles panel has timed out from saved changes, it corrupts the “uploads/oceanwp” folder therefore any reinstall of the plugin from the fronted.
I’m going to try this again on version 1.3 to see if the timeout and corruption persists.
The plugin activated without the error after I deleted it and removed the oceanwp folder from uploads.
With all of my other plugins activated I could successfully uncheck and check every script from the top button and it would save changes almost instantly. It would also successfully update individual scripts.
However, when I attempted to disable many scripts at the same time it timed out with the 504 Gateway Error.
I suspect that timing out during the save changes might be corrupting the plugin and/or “uploads/oceanwp” folder. I’ll try reactivate the plugin to see if any errors are output.
