Okay, it was my fault. The Slug for the parent page wasn’t set. Nevertheless it was okay in the previous versions of the plugin.
sorry, i meant when the code in the wordpress plugin repository will be upgraded.
nevertheless the version from github seems to work perfectly, thanks.
