The invoice number is included in the order data under the meta key
_wcpdf_invoice_number, so you would have to write a code snippet to integrate this into the Stripe description. You could ask them to write the snippet for you.This seems to be the default Woocommerce copy – our plugin only attaches the invoice to the emails but does not add content to the emails themselves. You’d have to edit this text using the appropriate Woocommerce filters.
That’s very strange since the plugin doesn’t auto create documents on it’s own using the bulk actions. Could you confirm that this wasn’t done by a different website admin on your team? If that’s not the case, have you set your invoices to be attached to the cancelled order email notification?
This is possible using the customizer in the Premium Templates extension that’s a part of our PDF Invoices Plus Bundle. This is a paid plugin, so you would have to contact us at [email protected], since we cannot discuss paid plugins on the forum.

Have you setup your store information under PDF Invoices > General > “Shop information” tab?
You can use our guide here to print product custom fields onto the invoice.
