In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Cant add new subscribersI’ve had the same problem for months now. I finally submitted a support ticket on it today, but all the forum posts here do not inspire much hope it will be resolved. I’m unable to add new subscribers manually or via CSV upload, although the system acts the way it always did. Now it simply doesn’t actually do anything and also doesn’t return any errors or indicate there’s any problems. It just … doesn’t work.
If it makes you feel any better, I’ve been mysteriously unable to add and/or import subscribers for weeks now and it’s very frustrating. It acts like it’s working and says it’s going to email me when it’s done importing, just like it always has for years, but then nothing happens at all. I’ve also contacted support (just today) about this but not yet received a reply.

I cannot find any way to “disable” the “Subscriptions” component of Jetpack. Was this ability deprecated?
Or are you referring to simply unchecking the “Follow Blog” box on the Discussions settings page? Will that effectively disable emailing new posts?Forum: Plugins
