But, what I know is I went from 75-80% bounce to 15%… This is huge as I make money from selling ads and such and a 15% bounce rate is a lot better than showing someone an 80%… HUGE!!

I have the same issue. My Jetpack Dashboard and Settings page are just empty. I see the WordPress W logo in the middle of the page and that’s all.
I will checkout the patch! Glad to know others have this too! I know it will get fixed!
but, if you could help me get support. I bought the product and bought the Business version but can not download or get a license. My other licenses STOPPED WORKING so now across 3 sites, one having a licensing that is a completely different license stopped working… That site is not mine either but i bought the license as I installed it. Nobody is replying to me and I’m stuck in the water and can’t move..
If you want to help, get me the product I bought PLEASE!

But, off the top of my head I would love the ability to have the site owner get a view and report of all the authors with a list of their visits, page views, downloads, etc. Then have the same report for the author but only their stats. Like a more detailed author dashboard so they see their effectiveness as a glance 🙂 I bought the author plugin but that does not do the trick, yet. 🙂
I’ve been running a multi-author site for 16 years.. 😉 I have a few ideas on things I’ve always wanted to know and how I would like to see them presented for ease of use and fast time to action. I will send you my humble opinions via support in much more detail! 😉 😉

Of course, please keep working to make it faster. I would think everyone would agree that statically speaking you are feature rich. I would recommend concentrating on speed for the next release and really tuning this for bigger sites at scale. Or at least that is what i want 😉 But, I imagine others too!
Then more author stats would be greatly loved! 🙂 lol <shameless there>. But seriously, there are tons of stat apps out there…I’ve tried them all and yes I use GA also. You are the only one that I have found to provide author specific stats the way you do and allow me to show each of my authors the ability to see their own stats as dashboard widgets when they login in. That is huge for me. I would love to see you do more with authors as nobody else does. I imagine there are lots of sites who have multiple authors and would find this plugin as the “ONE” that can do what they need and more! 🙂
