Could you record a short video showing the exact steps you take to reproduce the issue? This will help us better understand the problem. Additionally, please send me screenshots of the settings in our plugin so we can review them.
To determine whether the issue is related to the theme, please temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and test if the problem persists.
If the issue still occurs, it may be caused by a plugin conflict. While keeping Storefront active, temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and test again. Does the issue still occur?
If the problem is resolved at this stage, begin reactivating the plugins one by one, testing after each activation to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.

Could you please make sure to change your current theme from Elementor to Storefront? Additionally, disable all Elementor-related plugins, leaving only Custom Price and WooCommerce active.
Once you’ve done that, please check the WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs section and see if there are any fatal-errors listed. If there are, please share the error details with us, as that will help us diagnose the issue more quickly.

May I ask you to send screenshots of the plugin settings?
In addition, I would ask you to attach the status of the WooCommerce system. Read more information on where to get the system status.
Also, please take a look at WooCommerce → Status → Logs — have there been any errors related to the reported plugin here? If so, please attach screenshots of the logs.

If you still have the problem, it could be a plugin conflict. Still with Storefront, temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and test. It should work now?
Reactivate one-by-one and test to try to identify which software element is causing the problem.
