In reply to: Too large photosIlkay Beydah Saglam no. I have tried your CSS code, the EWWW plugin, recommended plugins of Bravada theme…
Images are still bloated.
Animesh Gaurav I can share my posts with thumbnails on social media. But, my Jetpack Social still cannot connect to Facebook. So, I share my posts manually.
I have somewhat resolved the issue. First, I disabled an “Open Graph” option in my “SEOPress” plugin. Then, I deleted a faulty “Open Graph” plugin, substituting it with the “Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags” plugin. Inside the plugin, I deleted my default image, and left only one image option ticked: catch the first image in a post.
Certainly, it would have been better to insert code manually instead of the Open Graph plugin. Also, there are much stronger SEO plugins than “SEOPress”. But, I keep it, because “SEOPress” allows me to maintain a free video sitemap.
Hi Animesh Gaurav and Josh, no sharing with Jetpack is still malfunctioning: no thumbnails in Facebook and Twitter, no automated connection of Jetpack with Facebook.
Both Classic Editor and Block Editor have been used.

In reply to: Gibberish linksbcworkz it is very good that you can lecture on subtleties of the English language. But, it is a technical forum. Anyway, a nice try)))
Please, anyone with technical expertise! Your advices and suggestions are much appreciated.

In reply to: [Post Views for Jetpack] No statsIt works now after the reconnection. But, for the record, before my question to you I had deactivated Jetpack to turn it on again. It didn’t help. So, I actually tried to restart it.

In reply to: Problems with Kazakh LocalizationLatest WordPress https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/kk/default/?filters%5Bstatus%5D=current&page=406 technically looks like almost completely translated into Kazakh. But, as a matter of fact, it has been stuffed with Russian translations.

In reply to: Problems with Kazakh LocalizationThere are a few people on the language team: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=kk – maybe you can get in touch with them?
How to become an editor of https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/6.5.x/kk ? To whom apply?Because, people you have mentioned are in NO hurry to complete the ongoing translation project.

In reply to: Editing lost after updating a postAh ok, it hasn’t been updated for 6 years, that’s why it didn’t come up in my searches.
I recommend reporting the issue at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-edit/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
With that said, looking at the forum there, I doubt they’d reply, so my recommendation is to stop using that plugin.
))) Life is stranger than fiction. Your advice is half-true. Yes, an editing plugin must be removed. But, deleting “WP Edit” didn’t help. When I noticed the installed “Classic Editor” plugin.
Voila! With “Classic Editor” being disabled, the issue has been resolved.

In reply to: Editing lost after updating a postWhat editor are you using? The built-in block editor, the classic editor, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, etc?
WP Edit

In reply to: Editing lost after updating a postReview this guide: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-edit-a-wordpress-website-ultimate-guide/
Also, make a copy before you edit. The point is that when I open the aforementioned post to edit, it already loses the previous editing: hyperlinks, italics, etc. I can’t figure out, how to save the current post before to add new textual changes to it.
But, some posts of mine can be safely edited without losing previous editings. Why?
