I submitted a ticket to them and this was there response:
“Hope all is well. I have reviewed this with the team and wanted to reiterate that the email you received regarding the vulnerability in the AD WordPress plugin has not been verified and is considered very low risk.”
I’m guessing they are no longer supporting this plugin.
Same issue here, just disabling until fixed.
