After lots of testing, I decided to not use this plugin and use the Constant Contact extension on Gravity Forms instead.
Hello. I am getting this same problem.
I’ve setup the debug feature and nothing is showing up from it. I’m getting the email notifications but nothing is feeding into the list on Constant Contact. I’ve added google captcha thinking that was the problem but has not fixed it.
