Let me reply my own query.
The settings are pointing to my non-default plugins & themes.
I had not uploaded the plugins & themes. Thus the website is invisible.
After uploading both plugins & themes folders, I am now able to view the site now.

After upgraded to WordPress 2.6, I am not able to access to my website.
In Mozilla Firefox 3.0, it keeps saying the “The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.”
The problem exists even I had cleared the cookies, cache.
It has the same issue in Internet Explorer 7.
Wonder how can I go about solving to access my website?
