In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cloudflare Integration not workingSorry for all of your troubles! We’re looking into it and I’ll report back as soon as I have something to share.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cloudflare Integration not workingWhat happens when the Cloudflare plugin is the only plugin active, can you connect then?

In reply to: [Cloudflare] APO not caching URLs with query strings – expected behavior?APO has its own set of rules on what types of query paramaters are cached. Anything outside of that is not part of APO. I’m not entirely sure what the best approach is, but relying on a combination of APO and Cache Rules isn’t going to make APO cache it.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cloudflare TurnstileThis support forum is dedicated to the Cloudflare plugin that facilitates APO, Cloudflare Turnstile is not supported by this plugin.
I’m not sure what solution you’re using to connect Turnstile to your WordPress site, but potentially you’re using this one?

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cloudflare Integration not working@3500digital I’m sorry to see you’re having issues, but other than recommending you double-check all your steps and all your data in fresh browser, there’s not much else I can say here…
Yes, various page builders are in the testing pool 🙂
Hi @mbaierl,
Thanks for letting us know. Improving the cache purge is already on our immediate roadmap as there is indeed a lot of room for improvement, clearing it async is one of those improvements.
That said, we’re running about a dozen test sites and we’re not seeing these delays on any of the sites, so it’s good to know it’s also highly dependent on what your WordPress stack looks like as well as potentially your WAF and things like that.
@arian0009 Just making sure here, but you’re using the latest version of WP Rocket, right? And you’ve connected both WPR and the Cloudflare plugin to your Cloudflare account?

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Blank Plugin Page (no options) in version 4.14.2Hi @weslleysim,
This behavior very much looks like there’s a conflict with another plugin active in your WordPress installation. A plugin that possibly uses something inside the Cloudflare plugin? Because we’ve rearranged a fair amount.
Are all your plugins up-to-date? And if so, is there a performance or cache related plugin that stands out as a possible culprit? You may need to debug by turning off other plugins one by one…

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Cloudflare plugin adds a weird URLHi @sarangsss29, I’m not sure what’s going on here either, but the Cloudflare APO plugin does nothing more than cache whatever a WordPress site outputs onto Cloudflare’s edge. It does not modify URLs and such.
In other words, although it seems related, there has to be something else happening here. I suggest going through the list of plugins and turn them off one by one.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] APO makes pages load slowerIt’s not likely that I’ll be able to tell what’s going on as I’ll only see the output of your site, on APO or not, but we can try this. It’s far more likely something’s going on with your LiteSpeed setup or something inside of WordPress.
That said, I’m happy to take a look if you turn it back on.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Plugin/APO installed, but most traffic still to origin serverNeither a or b. There’s tons of things you can do in your WordPress site that will invalidate cache strategies. Just to list a few:
- Relying on persistent session cookies for non-essential features
- Installing plugins that output no-cache headers or real-time elements
- Adding dynamic query parameters or tracking without normalization
I actually blogged about this recently. What APO does (vs free Cloudflare) is cache the HTML of your site instead of the assets like the CDN does on the free plan. APO not only caches your HTML, but it also makes sure your WordPress works as intended.
But, in short, there’s stuff going on internally in your WordPress site invalidates normal caching behavior.
@griotta I have an update here and it’s a good one. The Cloudflare team has put adding this query string into a workstream and that means it will be implemented. No hard date just yet, but this typically is a couple of weeks to a month. Will update you once I learn more.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Plugin/APO installed, but most traffic still to origin serverScratch that… I no longer see this anymore for your site. Something might still be up, though, and a double-check and/or cleaning is best done by specialist. I personally have great experience with this company, but yeah, look around.
