In reply to: [UpdraftCentral Dashboard] Site keys stopped working?I am having (almost) the same problem. In my case, it shows the grey screen with the message “There has been a critical error on this website.” If I refresh the page, it goes to the homepage.
I have not deleted the WP admin user who created the key.
Another doubt: Can it be due to the custom login URL I am using on my site? (I don’t personally think so as UpdraftCentral uses the key for logging in.)
FYI, I am trying to login to the site from my UpdraftCentral dashboard located at updraftcentral.com.
Thanks.
Thanks. Will get back to you if I need further help.

Thanks for the info, @shresthauzwal
In that case, at least can you let me know the name(s) of the relevant hook(s)? Thanks.
Anis
Ok. Thanks for the clarification.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] Plugin updateIt’s not what is shown on my site. It’s the “Tested up to 6.1.1” shown on the Elementor plugin page on WordPress.org:
I am wondering why Elementor has not been updated yet to be compatible with WP 6.2. I want to use Elementor on my site running on WP 6.2. That’s why I am asking…

In reply to: [Redirection] Regex in Referrer LinkThanks!
I manually deactivated and started activating the plugins one by one. The problem was with the “Secure Copy Content Protection and Content Locking” plugin. They resolved the issue as other users were also having similar problems. The plugin has been updated, and now it works fine.
See this support forum post: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/secure-copy-content-protection-bug/
Thanks again for your help. Much appreciated!
Thanks for your reply. But the troubleshooting mode doesn’t work well for the WP admin area. When User Registration was only enabled for troubleshooting, the problem disappeared. But when I tried to enable the other plugins one by one, most of them couldn’t be enabled.
As far as I can recall, the problem started after updating to WP 6.2. So could this be a problem of plugin incompatibility with WP 6.2 or PHP 8 or jquery or something else?

In reply to: [9MAIL - WordPress Email Templates Designer] Help with Custom CSSThanks for your prompt work. The Custom CSS is being applied now, although not in all email services as you pointed out.
Keep your good work!

In reply to: [9MAIL - WordPress Email Templates Designer] Help with Custom CSSThanks for your reply. I inspected the item in the preview window, gave the element the box-shadow property, and it came in the preview. But when I added the same box-shadow property for the element class in the Custom CSS area, it didn’t work. Not even in the preview, even after saving/publishing the changes.
Seems like the CSS declarations in the Custom CSS area are NOT being applied to the email template. What is the solution?
Also, is there a way to add the CSS property inline to the element?
Thanks, @robert681 for your informative response. Really appreciate it.

In reply to: [WP 2FA - Two-factor authentication for WordPress] Can’t print backup codesThanks for your reply, @robert681
I tried in Opera and Firefox with disabled pop-up blockers. No success.
Incognito mode also not successful. In Firefox, a new blank window is being opened when clicking on “Print”.
Printing is the easier way for users to get the backup codes. No copying and pasting needed. So bit frustrated…
Hope you can sort it out soon.
