I set up Fluent SMTP additionally to Brevo now. Now it works. But why do I have to do this?
I don’t want two SMTP plugins.

Emails are sent by Brevo, every other email on the page works.

sorry for the late response – I had to finish the relaunch to migrate it to the live server (without password protection). This is done now and the contact form worked first but not anymore – same issue again. The Submit button is loading endless.

But you will need a license for it (that’s why I offered you mine temporary).

alright, thank you for your answer – I will give it a try.I doubt it because the error is showing up also with deactivated Siteground Optimizer.
On a new installation (also siteground) with the same setup (migrated) it doesn’t show the error.Hi Hessel,
please check again – I activated it again. I was just deactivating it 20 minutes ago because I need a quick solution 😀
Caching is active by Siteground Optimizer and wordpress is installed not installed in a sub folder – it is in the first folder public_html as usual.
