FYI: I added high performance indexes to our website with “Index WP MySQL For Speed” plugin and now there isn’t any difference in the order processing time if “Sequential Order Number for WooCommerce” is enabled / disabled.
I tried it, but the Sequential Order Number plugin still slows down the order processing time
Do you have any other idea?

As @shinerweb wrote, I looked at the error message and I found out one of my plugin (iTheme security) caused this issue.
