You can replace links to videos and images only in the Visual Editor. Login to conveythis, go to “My Translations/Edit Translations” and open a page in question in the Visual Editor.
Click on the image or video you would like to replace a link to, and in the popup provide a new link.

It looks like you forgot to clean the cache at your W3 Total Cache plugin after you have exceeded the word limit on the FREE plan and deactivated the plugin.
ConveyThis doesn’t ticker with your database and doesn’t create any changes in your source files.
Just clear your WP cache and Cloudflare if you have it, and you will be fine.
Based on these technical issues, you can contact our support team at [email protected]. Currently, we see that you have exceeded the limits of your free plan, which is why you did not receive the remaining translation on your website.
It appears that there may be an issue with another company’s plugin – Polylang. Such random translation requests are handled outside of the scope of our service.
Normally, you can ask Popup Maker to do that for you since it is a small job and you can simply use Google Translate.
ConveyThis is here for an entire website translation and localization experience. This is our specialty.
