In reply to: [Appointment Hour Booking - Booking Calendar] Calendar style missingHi,
The form styles are currently missing from the page. Please use the following area to save or restore the styles:

In addition, if you have any server-side cache or a ‘speed optimization’ plugin, please remember to clear the server-side cache after making the modifications.
Let me know the results once you’ve completed this.
Thank you for using the plugin!
Hi,
Please note that those screenshots aren’t from the “Appointment Hour Booking” plugin but from a different plugin. Please confirm that is the booking plugin installed at your website and post the question to their support service page.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Contact Form Email] Cannot edit button CSSHi,
Adding “!important” as a solution is acceptable. This may be the required approach depending on how general the CSS rules inherited from the website theme are.

Hi,
It seems there may be an issue with the admin’s email anti-spam filter or the originating email server is blacklisted by the admin’s email server.
The email logs can help confirm that the settings on the WordPress side are correct and that emails are being sent from the website. Based on your description, this is likely the case.
Here are the next steps to address the issue:
1- Contact the admin’s email server (if it is not a public email service) to determine the reason for the filtered emails. If the email is from a public service like Gmail, the problem may be related to the SPF/DKIM authentication required for your domain.
2- Consider switching to an external email service for outgoing emails, which allows for stronger authentication measures. This can reduce the likelihood of emails being filtered.
Thank you for using the plugin!
Please update to the version 1.3.61.

In reply to: [Appointment Hour Booking - Booking Calendar] Appointment Hour Booking issueHi,
Seems there is a conflict with the Elementor version #3.33.5. Please temporary roll back to the previous Elementor version while we work in a permanent solution to the plugin conflict.
Thank you for the feedback!
Hi,
The problem stems from excessive optimization by a caching plugin, which is causing issues on the page. The cache and optimizations are not applied while you are logged in, which is why it appears to work in that scenario. Please check the options of the caching plugin and exclude the page that contains the booking form from some of those optimizations. This will help identify which specific optimization is causing the problem.
Thank you for using the plugin!
