Check if the plugin was activated. If you can not activate, please, download it again and replace. There was a minor bug that has been fixed already.
If it still does not work check if blog_id attribute is correct. I have posted (copy/paste) your short code (without blog_id) on the test page and everything’s fine. And remember that it is always better to place a short code in html mode of editor.
Your image size may be not working the way you expected because it deepens on actual size of the thumbnails.About short code tool: you can buy extended version that has the tool for short code and other features.
