We are very disappointed to of received this review as we’ve had no contact from you with regards to any issues. We have a dedicated support team, so if you have issues please contact our support team who will be happy to assist with any setup issues you’re having.
We also have detailed installation guides that explain each step by step to setup your identity provider to enable SSO.
We also don’t agree with your statement of ‘highly insecure’ as we work directly with our security team to ensure our plugin is extremely secure and we’ve never had any complaints.

In reply to: [Cloud SAML SSO - Single Sign On Login] change default role to customerHi @schidddy
Thanks for your message. At the moment the plugin only supports the default WordPress roles. We will look at adding the possibility to add custom roles in a future release.
Thanks for the feedback

HI @prometheus-fire in this scenario what you need to do is setup role based mapping based on Okta security groups.
Setup Okta security groups for each role and add the users into these groups, for example groups for (Admins, Editors, Subscribers, etc)
Then within the plugin add the Okta group ID into the role mapping section of which WordPress role to apply to these groups.
Documentation on setting this up can be found in Step 4 Role Mapping on: https://cloudinfrastructureservices.co.uk/wordpress-sso-single-sign-on/wordpress-sso-using-okta-as-saml-idp/

Thanks for your message. At the moment we don’t officially support Shibboleth, however you can test to see if it works with Shibboleth. Within the plugin, select Keycloak and enter in the Shibboleth IDP configuration. Then on SSO Links tab, enable the Login button.
