The 3.5.5 update completely solves the problem with the new header image option (Image fills 100% of the width).

A small precision however, it is not the image of the banner, it is the header image that has become too large.
Congratulations on your responsiveness. The problem is solved.
I just updated “Category Posts Widget” with version 4.9.2: the parameter “start with post” is taken into account.
I pointed out in my previous post that the words “read more…” are no longer displayed at the end of the excerpt. I understood that in version 4.8.5 the display parameter “length (words)” was not taken into account and the extract was always displayed in its entirety.
With version 4.9.2, this parameter is taken into account and “read more…” is displayed only if the excerpt is truncated.
